CONDITIONING
A one hour conditioning class featuring YOU. Utilize your own body’s potential to get fit. This class will get you sweating quickly as we work mobility and strength exercises combining movements on the floor, in the air, and upside down! All levels welcome- movements are scalable and can be adapted for anyone.
Thursdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm. No experience needed!

Fred Woo

Fred started training in martial arts in 2001 and has practiced Capoeira, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Musō Jikiden Eishin-Ryū Iaijtusu, Karate, and Tai Chi. Fred has been a student at VivaArts since 2018 and has taught Capoeira and fitness classes since 2023. Fred holds a Level 1 Steel Mace certification from TacFit. Outside of VivaArts, Fred trains in high intensity interval training.
Fred is a licensed Mechanical Engineer and works as a manager at a Pacific Northwest mechanical engineering design/build contractor performing energy audits.
