A one hour conditioning class featuring YOU. No weights, equipment or props needed. Utilize your own body’s potential to get fit. This class will get you sweating quickly as we work mobility and strength exercises combining movements on the floor, in the air, and upside down! All levels welcome- movements are scalable and can be adapted for anyone.

Bodyweight Conditioning classes are led by Jen Hobbs.
Jen has spent nearly 20 years studying various movement practices and has trained with top professionals in several different movement disciplines including hand balancing, acrobatics, functional pattern training, Capoeira and animal flow movement. She spent several years working as a PreK gymnastics coach and has taught Capoeira and various fitness classes in gyms and in private training.
Jen continues to receive educational training and attends events and workshops year round . She shares her experience and knowledge in her Bodyweight Conditioning Class.
