Soul Flow by Oula Fitness is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class. This class is done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Soul Flow is choreographed to music, with each class playlist carefully curated for the season. You can look forward to a slow, soulful journey through spinal warming and activation, balancing and strengthening, core work, stretching and relaxation. Through breathwork and heart-opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body, as you become grounded in your sense of self and one-ness.

 

All experience levels (or lack thereof!) are welcome in Soul Flow. The only requirements are a desire to reconnect and a willingness to offer time to yourself.

 

No need to register; just show up with a mat if you've got one. Classes are sliding scale $10-15.

SOUL FLOW BY OULA FITNESS

After moving from Montana, Quincy (Q) she began teaching Oula Dance in 2018 — dancing loud and big and free and most importantly, encouraging others to do the same. Not long after, Oula Fitness introduced Soul Flow to the universe, aka the yin to Oula's yang. The slow, soulful format felt like the perfect balance to Q's high octane, in-your-face Oula classes. She was captivated by Soul Flow's delicious combo of music, gentle movement, and breath that totally nourishes the spirit.

 

In her classes, Q hopes you'll take time to embrace yourself as are, and pour some love back into your extraordinarily capable body. Let's ground into our sense of self and community together.

SOUL FLOW BY OULA FITNESS

Anna began her love of Oula in 2010 when she joined several co-workers for lunchtime Oula Dance Fitness sessions. What started as a break from the workday quickly became something more—a vibrant outlet for Anna’s energy, a space where she could turn up her “ever-ready loudness,” and a place to dance, connect with friends and community, and celebrate being alive through movement. Over time, she discovered that dance could be far more than high-energy cardio when she explored Soul Flow, which revealed a quieter, more reflective side of movement rooted in body awareness, breath, and emotional depth.

In her Soul Flow classes, Anna guides participants to tap into a wellspring of personal feeling: self-love, grief, courage, bravery, self-compassion—and laughter. Through breath, movement, vocal release, and music, she creates space for people to shift out of their minds and into their bodies. Each Flow closes with a gentle relaxation, inviting participants into stillness where breath and music become the focus. Anna hopes that in that quiet moment, everyone leaves feeling calmer, more centered, and ready to move back into their day with ease.
