WITH SINA KOSARI NEZAMI
A dynamic class that combines light resistance, bodyweight movements, and mindful conditioning to strengthen coordination between the mind and body. Using minimal equipment (yoga mats and optional resistance bands), participants will improve mobility, functional strength, and injury prevention while also supporting the body’s natural healing process. This class is designed to be accessible yet energizing, leaving students feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.

Seana (Sina) is a certified Master Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Yoga and pilates Instructor with a passion for blending movement, mindfulness, and healing practices. Since 2018, Seana has led community-based fitness, yoga, and hiking events through HLS meet up group, supporting people of all ages and abilities in building strength, balance, and deeper mind–body awareness.His/her teaching style is inclusive, non-competitive, and rooted in the belief that movement can be a powerful tool for healing and unlocking human potential.
