Dr. Laura Jewett graduated from the University of Washington’s Physical Therapy program. She has over 10 years of experience treating orthopedic conditions and now focuses her work on the female pelvic floor (which impacts everything else!). Laura’s PT coursework includes advanced level courses with Herman and Wallace pelvic rehabilitation, NAIOMT and Great Lakes manual therapy, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialization, Functional movement seminars, Kinesiotaping, and Diastasis Recti education. Laura is also greatly influenced by her 18 years of experience as a Stott Pilates instructor and she now instructs at Barre 3.
Laura’s love of movement began with her childhood classical ballet and modern dance training. She has loved living in West Seattle for 11 years where she enjoys keeping up with her active family and getting outside as much as possible.
