WITH CHELSEA COLLIER
In this 60 minute vinyasa class, you will learn how to allow your breath to drive your movements. The goal is to blend breath work, movement and meditation to assist you in coming back into your body and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. You can expect moderately challenging postures including balancing, deep hip opening, and plenty of chaturangas- ending with a long, meditative savasana. Modifications and variations will be offered, classes are designed with everyone in mind from beginner to advanced.

Chelsea has been practicing yoga of all kinds for about 7 years. She recently completed a teacher training in Mexico, originally with the intent to deepen her practice. Chelsea fell in love with teaching, and the idea of sharing her passion for yoga with others. Yoga has helped Chelsea find balance in her day to day life and become more connected with her mind and body. Amidst the chaos of life, she looks forward to the time she gets to spend on her mat recalibrating her nervous system.
