A mid day - mindful movement class that emphasizes strength, stability and flow with ease. Alicia mixes in her love for yoga, capoeira and other forms of movement to cultivate a cohesive connection between body and mind. Class is open to all bodies and those that may be new to yoga.

Alicia has found yoga to be a resource for over 20 years. Movement has always been important to her and then she found her match when she was introduced to capoeira. She has found that to do both of her loves, she needs a balance for her system and body which is what she brings to class.
She draws from many teachers including David Vendetti with whom she did her 200hr teacher training , ongoing workshops using a variety of styles of yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
Alicia has taught at Lotus Yoga in Columbia City, prenatal yoga across Seattle and privately to a variety of people. Currently, she teaches private classes, co-teaches a virtual breath and body class and fills in for prenatal, family and other all level classes around Seattle while incorporating movement and wellness with families and children.
